The course is approximately 7 miles and takes 3-3 1/2 hours with breaks.  It starts at Talado Landing on Highway 72 and ends at Little Cove Road.  The Flint River is Class 1, which means it has no threatening rapids, and the course is easily navigable.  Along the course, you may see wildlife, such as beavers and turtles.

Canoeing offers something for everyone - it can be a relaxing, tranquil getaway or a fun adventure.  It's a great way to get out in nature and have a good time with family and friends.  It can also be great exercise!
